“I am not normally a person that gets very involved in politics - I show my opinion at the polls when I cast my vote. In this particular election though I have found a desire to stand up for a unique individual - and that would be Jerry Hoagland. I have known Jerry and Annette for many years from growing up in the same church they attended to being involved with Jerry through civic organizations. The only words that come to mind when describing Jerry are Honest and Caring. You could not find a more honest individual involved in politics than Jerry and I have personally seen his caring passion in so many areas of our community and especially with our kids in Collin County. So many politicians today forget about what they stood for on their platform following the election - but just look at Jerry's track record - he practices what he preaches. I consider it an honor to support Jerry in this election for not only my beliefs but especially how it cares for the children of Collin County as well.” - David Phillips
